We embarked on a comprehensive treatment plan, addressing every aspect of Cole's upper and lower arch of teeth. We used dental implants to replace the missing teeth and porcelain crowns to cover and reshape the teeth affected by microdontia. The upper arch treatment involved three implants and four porcelain crowns, while the lower arch treatment was similar, with four implants and two crowns.
